The forecast, produced by the Consensus Forecastingh Group, expects a $996 million shortfall for the generao fund anda $239.1 million shortfalo for the road fund in fiscal 2010, which begins July 1. The special sessionh will start June15 “t o take on that challenge,” Beshear said in a news release issuedx late Friday. The release did not outlind the agenda forthe session. It said Besheard would issue an official call as well as a budget proposapl with the nextfew days.
