St. Louis-based (NYSE: RHB) has agreed to sell P2C to , a divisionj of Charlotte, N.C.-based Premier healthcare The financial terms of the deal were not Headquartered in SaltLake City, P2C also has an offic e in Austin. RehabCare has been a contractede service supplier for Premiersince 2007.
