The 2008-09 in-state studen t tuition rate is $95 per credit hour with a $40 per-semester technologyh fee. The proposed rates are $99.65 per crediy hour with a $50 per-semester technology fee for the 2009-10 year and $104.55 per creditg hour and $60 per-semester technologgy fee for the 2010-11 year. The cost for full-tim students, who take 15 credit would increaseby $79.75 per semesterr in 2009-10 and by $83.50 in 2010-11.
